Adult Ballet Stretch & Tone
This class teaches the fundamentals of ballet with a focus on flexibility, strength, and balance. Basic ballet positions, footwork, terminology and movements will be taught. This is a great class for anyone who wants to become more flexible and build strength through dance. Ballet slippers are required.

Adult Hip Hop Workout
Adult Hip Hop Workout is a fun new way to get into shape. High energy, upbeat dances will get your heart rate going after a full warm-up focuses on flexibility. Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do
Internationally certified instructors, Master Terry Batch, 7th degree, and Master Emily Batch, 5th degree black belts. Emphasis is on self-discipline and control, offering students the opportunity to discover their own potential. Class includes patterns, sparring, board breaking, bag work and more. New students are accepted the first week of each month. Everyone can train in a great family atmosphere, ages 6 through 106.
Note: Students are welcome to train in any class of their rank or lower.
Late fees are applied after the 7th of each month on outstanding balances

Hatha Yoga
